Filing Fees And Addresses
The addresses for filing Articles of Incorporation in the State of Florida are as follows:
Mailing Address: This address should be used when transmitting incorporation documents by regular mail: Division of Corporations, Post Office Box 6327, Tallahassee, FL 32314
Street Address: This address should be used when transmitting documents by Federal Express or other delivery service: Division of Corporations 409 East Gaines Street Tallahassee, FL 32399
As of the date hereof, the fee for filing Articles of Incorporation in the State of Florida total $78.75.
These fees can be broken down as follows:
Filing Fees $ 35.00
Registered Agent Designation $ 35.00
Certified Copy (optional) $ 8.75
TOTAL $ 78.75
Note that although Certified copies are optional, you will normally need to provide a certified copy to your banker in order to open a banking account and may need the certification for other purposes. Therefore, it is normally advisable to obtain the Certified Copy. Additionally, the fees for Certified Copies are $8.75 for the first 8 pages and $1 for each additional page, not to exceed a maximum of $52.50.
